On the rare occasion that you are not entirely happy with a watch or accessory purchase from us, just bring it back within 14 days and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange. However, the following conditions do apply:
- Item must be in its original packaging, with its instruction booklet and guarantee, in pristine, unworn condition and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
- Items purchased using a credit or debit card must be refunded to the original payment card.
- Excludes earrings, items made specifically to your requirements and personalised items.
- Sale items are not included in this policy and cannot be refunded or exchanged except in conjunction with your statutory rights.
