These times are unprecedented and as a company we are determined to put the safety of our staff and customers at the forefront of our thoughts until the situation with the Covid-19 virus improves. With this in mind, and following the guidelines and requirements set by HM Government and the Health and Safety Executive, we will be implementing the following rules for customers visiting our store, many of which you will already be familiar with:
- Customers are kindly asked to maintain a 2 metre distance wherever possible between themselves and other customers and staff members.
- Wherever possible please use contactless payment in order to minimise the possible transmission of Covid-19. However, we will continue to accept cash and chip and PIN payments if necessary.
- We have implemented a one way system in store. This may make it more difficult to move around than usual due to the narrow aisles so please be patient when other customers are blocking your path temporarily.
- We are making hand sanitiser available on our counter for the use of our customers. Please use this when leaving the store if you have touched any surfaces that are potentially contaminated.
In addition to this customers should be aware that certain repairs may take longer than usual due to the safety measures put in place by ourselves, our suppliers and the postal service.
We will be implementing new cleaning procedures within the store as well as quarantining non-urgent deliveries. This will also have an effect on the speed of restocking our watches and on how quickly we receive parts from suppliers. Please rest assured that we will continue to complete any repairs and orders as soon as we possibly can.
